PT Transcon Indonesia, a company engaged in logistics, is not only committed to providing the best service to its customers but also consistently appreciates employees with outstanding performance and strong loyalty.
One such initiative is the Employee Discipline Award, held every three months. This program applies across all branch offices—in Jakarta, Surabaya, and Medan.
From each branch, two employees are selected based on strict discipline indicators, such as punctuality and perfect attendance (no absences or skipping work).
Employee Discipline Award – March to May 2022 Period
The awarding ceremony is held quarterly and took place most recently on July 25, 2022, involving employees from all three branches.
For this period, the most disciplined employees were:

The event was conducted virtually via Google Meet, enabling participation from different cities. Highlights included a shared lunch session and the main awarding ceremony.
Employee Enthusiasm Throughout the Event
Besides the lunch, there was also a sharing session where employees exchanged experiences and stories from their respective branches. This allowed for bonding, cross-branch understanding, and motivation.
The event was also attended by Ms. Utami, the company’s Director, who gave an inspiring message and congratulations to the awardees.
The entire session ran smoothly and left a positive impression on all participants. Employees showed great enthusiasm during the event.
